A South Carolina couple is opening a drive-thru coffee shop in Cherryville. The shop, part of the Scooter's Coffee franchise, will be located at 2507 Lincolnton Highway, near the Cherryville Walmart, and it will be a drive-through kiosk, according to a company spokesperson. The franchise location will be owned by Tony and Janine Sas, who moved from Long Island, New York, to Indian Land, South Carolina, around five months ago. The couple chose Cherryville because it's a small town, said . "We heard great things from other franchisees about small towns.
