Run, don't walk, away from this company!!! I called my 2/10 warranty because the upstairs A/C was only partially cooling. This happens every few months due to a Freon leak. The downstairs unit was cooling fine. The tech not only did nothing to fix the upstairs unit, during his visit, he blew the compressor for the downstairs unit. I've waited over a month for Tyson to fix the problem. The avg temps in my home are around 82 degrees with peeks in the 90's. They have certainly been friendly, but that does nothing to keep my house cool. They have offered up one excuse after another

Avoid Tyson Air conditioning at all cost!!! After a month of delays still no ac. It took me a week to get in touch with them. They claimed they didn't see my service request. Every time they come something else messes up. They are trying to collect as much service fees as they can. They first guy came and said the system was low on refrigerant and he filled it. Hours later it was acting up again. The second guy came out and told me the first guy added to much refrigerant and the compressor is going bad. So he ordered another compressor and let out some additional refrigerant. A few hours after he left the fan stopped working. I called Tyson back and told them what happened and the lady on the phone told me that was normal so the guy comes out today and replaces the compressor and the fan works for a couple of hours and then dies and I have 76 degree temps blowing out the vents at 8:00. Tyson does not diagnose​ anything they just throw parts on while charging customers their service fees each time. I even told the lady that I would keep the compressor to avoid paying a disposal fee and she told me that she can't do that because they make so little money from home warranty companies that this is how they make money. So essentially they make money by lying to you and charging you. If your home warranty companies suggest Tyson tell them no Thank you. I guess I should have read their negative Google reviews before allowing them to come.
